Returns
All issues must be communicated to us within 3 days after receipt of delivery.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, carefully packaged in their original state, with all of their accessories (e.g. CD-ROM, cables, user guides, etc.) and without any modifications to their reference and serial numbers. They must have their original packaging / box and labels intact, along with any stamps or marks required for resale. Products must be returned to the After-Sales Service's returns centre:

Products must also be accompanied by a returns coupon and be sent by recorded delivery (e.g. transporter), even if they are the subject of a refund or a return to the After-Sales Service. If a product is returned without prior written authorisation from Apple Force One, it will be automatically sent back to the Client at their expense.

Refunds
All refunds are made via our parent company ' The VIOPON Group Ltd.' on to your card, same method at the time of purchase.
Please note, after 3 days of receipt of delivery - you must contact the manufacturer if your product has a 1 years manufacturers warranty.
Please phone or email us as soon as possible after delivery if any issues appear evident with your purchase. 95% of our Apple Products we sell, are 2nd hand.

Our online store will automatically send you to our ' Apple Force One Ltd. ' order form. Our Sales Team will then contact you via eMail or by Telephone.
When your payment(s) is authorised, we will immediately arrange delivery of your desired Product(s) / Service and dispatch (if applicable). e.g. You may have paid for AF1 Support / VIP Membership Subscription(s), Repairs, Ads or Sponsorships.
